The information we gather, on our customers, and on our web site, is to handle our customers ordering needs.  Also for customer to be informed of new products and services that we may offer in the future. Our customers personal information is strictly confidential and we do not share any of this information with any company, service organization or individual(s). Email communications between our customers and obbart, are also strictly confidential and will be responded to in a timely manner.

Return/replacement policies

If for any reason your order should arrive damaged, please email us a digital photo of the damaged order to our website, within 30 days of receipt of your order.    Include your order number, shipping id number and a brief description of the damage.  We will replace the  order and ship it out within 15 days of receipt of the damage notification.

Cancellation policy

An order may be canceled prior to it going into production.  Once orders are received, they go into production within 2 to 3 days.

Product descriptions:

Obbart attempts to accurately describe and show the sizes, finish, product type and image as best as we can.  If there is any question regarding a product, pricing, or shipping we encourage our customers to email us first, to get clarification on their question(s), before placing an order.  Once a product goes into production, you can't cancel your order.
 
Change to our privacy policies:

Obbart reserves the right to change our privacy policy and information, at any time and for any reason. These changes will be posted on our web site and will become effective immediately upon posting.
